When I was twelve years old my parents and I went to visited our godparents in Germany: Being there they took us to see the spring of Danube delta and there was a engraved plate put there by the romaine government that wrote: „Age –old European guard watches Danube delta".
We went to a town called Rothenburg that is a fortified town left over from medieval times it was an educational experience
Then we went to an old mine used now for truism then for digging for priceless stones and black gold (Still have the old type tickets the sold there, they look a lot like old train tickets to me). I didn't t take pictures in there, we could, but that was me firs time in a mine and I was enchanted: the rest of the family tried to pull me over to take some pictures but I wasn't having any of it, At the end of the tour I got to buy a stone witch was beautiful but worth noting but for me it was a treasure a reminder of were I been.
After that we went to the monastery on the cliff it was right on top of the Cliffside we could see it fro the round and I wonder how could it still be there and hasn't fallen over already, been also very old. They say that is been protected by Godlike powers that keeps it from falling. That is way the monastery has many followers.
We also visited the Romanian Orthodox Chapel „ Mihail Sturza" of Baden- Baden. There were just us there that day but they open it for us and told us the history of the place ( quite educating), after we found a living being cos' it look abandoned Huhuuuuuuuuuuuu( horror movie like).
We also went to a zoo which was full of wonderful and exotic animal form a too z. There was even a special place in a paddock were you could pet the baby goats. Felling Heidiish
After we went to a fish farm it look very refined there was a restaurant you could serve the fish and only fish was serve there, a specialty of the place. You could see refined fish farm now –a- days in Maramures, but back then there nothing like that in Romania.
There was another zoo we went to but I was full of monkeys, deer and goats, big and small, which could be petted and feel with the food we bought at the entrance, especially for them (they gnawed my cute pants ).
We seen a beautiful mountain resort with a big red lake
And last but not list we crossed the border 2 times. One time we went to Switzerland, with our passports in hand, „Way?" You ask! To see the Rhine's waterfall. It was sparkling and untamed, and that day was cloudy and windy, which made more sow. There is a bout that use a roped fixed on the rock that lies in the middle of the fall, the bout couldn't handle the ruff weather so it turned around.( Malefic laugh cos I couldn't go so I was happy that others couldn't go either- Bad of me I know but I couldn't help it).We also tried a Switzerland Ice-cream that was divine. The other time we crossed the border was when we went to Strasbourg France were we saw everywhere ,to anyone surprise, women or men walking dogs or jogging ,with water bottle in there hands and we to our surprise workers on the road paving how Rumania like NO.
We remained in Germany for a month
And we also hiked up a small hill named Serpelino this said that all the body and the debris of the people and house of the old city that was destroyed in the Second World War and to pay tribute to the men and women how died then on top of the there is a commemorative plate were is written all the names of the dead people and what the plate stands for. _-_-_-_-TO BE CONTINUED
